Here's how we handle shipping, delivery times, and tracking your order.

Shipping

We ship orders from the Netherlands. Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible.

After shipping, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. When tracking is available, you will also receive a tracking link with which you can follow your package.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, promotions, or product launches, this may take a little longer.

Delivery Time

The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1–3 business days after your order has been shipped.

For Belgium and other European countries, the delivery time may be longer. The exact delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your package with the carrier.

If you have not received a tracking link, the link does not work, or your tracking remains without an update for more than 24 hours, please visit our Track Order page or email us at Info@0530club.com.

Always include your order number and the email address you used to place the order in your message. This will help us assist you faster.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout, before you finalize the order.

If we offer free shipping above a certain order amount, this will be clearly stated in the checkout or on the product page.

Incorrect Address Entered

Always double-check your address before ordering. Did you accidentally enter an incorrect address? Please contact us as soon as possible at Info@0530club.com.

If the order has not yet been shipped, we will try to adjust the address. If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.

Package Not Received

Does your package show as delivered, but you haven't received anything? First, check with neighbors, housemates, or a nearby pick-up point.

Can't figure it out? Email us at Info@0530club.com with your order number, and we'll help you look into it.

Damaged Package

Has your order arrived damaged? Please take clear photos of the packaging and contents and send them to Info@0530club.com.

Also include your order number, so we can help you faster.

Pre-orders and First Drop

For pre-orders, early access, or a First Drop, a different delivery time may apply. In that case, we will clearly communicate this on the product page, in the checkout, or by email.
