Orders and Payment

First Drop and Availability
When products are still in the test, sample, or pre-launch phase, availability may change. Registering for the First Drop does not guarantee stock or purchase possibility.
Delivery
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns
Returns are subject to the conditions described in the return policy. Due to hygiene and food safety, opened or used food products cannot always be returned.
