Orders and Payment

First Drop and Availability
When products are still in the testing, sample, or pre-launch phase, availability may change. Registering for the First Drop does not guarantee stock or the opportunity to purchase.
Delivery
We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Returns
Returns are subject to the conditions described in the returns policy. Due to hygiene and food safety considerations, opened or used food products cannot always be returned.
